Protecting Connections

Secure SSL Connections

Connections between your local computer and your cloud desktop is secured by certified SSL with 2048 bit RSA encryption, enterprise-grade firewalls, CISCO ASA, and IPS Systems to thwart any attack or intrusion.

Timeouts

Users are signed out of their cloud desktops after a short period of inactivity. This can be adjusted based on your needs.

Dedicated Port Assignments

Your cloud platform is assigned a dedicated port keeping it more secure.

IP Address Restrictions*

Restrict access to your cloud desktop to one, or a group of specific IP addresses, all others are blocked.

Excess Login Blocking*

This is a security policy to block the user account after multiple failed login attempts.

RDP Gateways*

An RDP gateway adds another layer of security with a separate gateway and AD server with a separate IP address.

Complex Passwords

We require our customers use complex passwords. We are not responsible if users fail to safeguard their passwords nor are we responsible if a users local computer is taken over by a malicious program that captures information.

Secure Data Centers

Our SAS70 certified data centers have the highest security standard required by financial and healthcare clients meeting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and HIPAA regulations. They are inspected and independently certified.

Redundant Backups

Daily backups are included for all our customers in two different top-tier SSAE-16 certified data centers at no extra cost.

Dedicated Resources

With your own dedicated resources, you never share disk space or storage with others. Your data is secure on isolated hard drives.

While we employ some of the most advanced spam and virus filters, there may be times when spam and viruses get through our system. It is also the user’s responsibility to take preventive measures to make sure your local computer is also protected.

Website Analytics

We use website analytics to collect information about use of this website, such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this website. Analytics collects only the IP address of your computer on the date you visit this website, it does not record your name or other identifying information. We use the information received from analytics only to improve services on this website. We do not combine the information collected through the analytics with personally identifiable information.
