  4. Enter the ‘Login ID’ and ‘Password’ we sent to you.

NOTES:

  • Click “Allow” or “Ok” if any message pops up about keyboard input. This will allow your keyboard features to be used on the cloud desktop.

  • Clear your browser cache if any features seem not to be working properly.

  • If you prefer tablet mode then you may want to use one of our apps below.

Upload Files:

Drag one or more files from your local computer and drop them right onto the virtual desktop. You will see the upload progress in the bottom right. When the upload is complete, click on the ‘Uploads from Local’ shortcut on the cloud desktop. Move the file from that folder to wherever you want to store it on the cloud desktop. There is a 1GB file size limitation when using this method. Only files can be uploaded - not folders.

Download Files:

Drag the file from the cloud desktop onto the ‘Downloads to Local’ shortcut icon located on the cloud desktop. You will then see the file being downloaded to your local browser.

Printing:

When printing you will see a default printer named ‘Cloud PDF (redirected)’. Using this printer will create a PDF of your file and then it will open in a new browser tab. You can then send it to any of your own printers. If you want to print directly to your own printers instead of to a new browser tab see the ‘RDP Connection’ instructions below.
